Sport Relief 2018
Sports Relief is a charity organisation that raises money for children who are less fortunate than us. Millions of children all over the world live in poor conditions. Their houses are not suitable, they do not have enough to eat or drink and they are sent out to work from a very early age. These children are missing out on a childhood.
Sport Relief helps thousands of children by providing them with opportunities that they do not normally have. For example, they are invited to meet in places where they can talk to and meet other children in similar circumstances. They can share their problems, play and just be children. These projects can also help families to improve their living conditions.
How we are supporting Sport Relief 2018
On Friday 23rd March, children are invited to come to school in their own sports clothes for a donation of £1. During the afternoon, children will take part in fun sporting activities including fencing and circuit training facilitated by staff and Premier Sports Coaches.
